- Before first use: remove all packaging materials and wash all parts in lukewarm soapy water. Rinse and allow to dry thoroughly.
- Clean all parts thoroughly after every use.
- DO NOT use abrasive agents such as chlorine and bleach, hard scrubbers and utensils with sharp edges as they may harm the bottle's surface.
- The lid and the bottle (remove the carry strap) is dishwasher safe on the top rack or a cool wash.
- Hand wash the inside and outside of the straw thoroughly by using a straw brush. Rinse and allow to dry thoroughly.
General:
- Please use the product for its intended purpose ONLY.
- This product is NOT designed for hot liquids. Use only with cold liquids.
- NOT intended for use in the microwave, freezer, oven, open flames or other heat source.
- NOT for use with hot, carbonated beverages, alcohol or perishable liquids. Any pressure build-up in the bottle may lead to spills.
- ALWAYS check the beverage temperature and be cautious with hot contents, especially with children and babies.
- NOT intended to store dairy, juice, or any liquids that spoil easily.
- DO NOT overfill the bottle before you place the lid and the straw to avoid overflow.
- ALWAYS make sure the lid is closed securely to prevent spilling.

Carry Strap:

- Clean the quick-dry carry strap with water only. Avoid using chlorine or oxygen bleaches to prevent discoloration, fading, or color loss.

- Please make sure all parts are assembled correctly & firmly before each use to avoid leaking.

We accept returns for damaged products within 30 days of purchase. Upon receipt, please inspect the items and notify us of any damages and we will arrange for a replacement.
