Order & Payment

How do I order?
On each of the product page, place the items you want into your shopping cart by clicking “Add to Cart” or “Buy It Now” button. Simply click “Check out” from your shopping cart and you will be directed to payment.

How do I change my order?
You may change your order at any time before you submit your order. Once you have submitted your order it cannot be altered.

How do I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be changed once you have submitted your orders. However if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return them.

Do you send order confirmations?
An email confirmation with your order details will be sent to you within 24 hours. In the event you did not hear from us, please email us using the Message Form.

I do not live in the United States. Can I place an order?
Our apologies, we currently do not accept international orders. But we will make a grand announcement once we able to do so. So do keep an eye on our website for updates!

Important Sales Tax Information:
GRANDTIES is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NM, NJ, NV, NY, OK, OH, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WV, WY and WI. Where required, tax is also applied to the shipping, handling, gift wrap and/or food items. Appropriate charges will be added to your purchase total and are displayed on your final order confirmation. For states not listed, your purchase may be subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation.

How do I register for an account?
Create an account simply by clicking the Account button at the top right hand corner of our website.

How do I sign up to receive emails from GRANDTIES regarding news and events?
To receive emails from us, please enter your email address in the "Enter Email" field at the bottom of our website.

How do I remove my email address from the email newsletter list?
If you wish to unsubscribe, please send us an email or use the Message Form on our website.

Product Information

Have a question about a product?
If you have any questions, we encourage you to drop us a message by using the Message Form and our Customer Representatives will respond within 48 hours.

Ratings and Reviews

How do I submit a rating and a review for a product?
We sincerely appreciate your time in reviewing our products. You are required to log in to your account before submitting a review. After logging in, go to a product page and click "Write a Review. Next, rate the item from 1 to 5 stars (one is the lowest rating and five is the highest) and then click "Submit." It will take an estimated 3-5 days for approved reviews to appear on the website.

Are there any review guidelines?
The following are prohibited:
Obscenities, discriminatory language, or other languages not suitable for a public forum
Advertisements, "spam" content, or references to other products, or websites
Any forms of contact information
