Returns

At GrandTies, we offer free returns for all items purchased on GrandTies.com within 30 days of purchase, as long as they are new and unused, and still in their original packaging. Regrettably, we are currently unable to offer exchanges. Please note that any shipping costs associated with the original order are non-refundable, as are any additional return shipping costs.

To initiate a return, please print and attach the prepaid return shipping label to the original box that contains the items you wish to return. Don't forget to include a copy of your initial order receipt inside the box. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

This Return Policy only apply to GrandTies products purchased through GrandTies.com.

Shipping

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please double-check your information as we are not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly input addresses.

You can check the status of your order by logging into your account, clicking My Orders, and then clicking on the order you would like to track.

At this time, we only ship within United States. We ship Monday through Friday to addresses in the United States.
