• We guarantee and provide Limited Lifetime Warranty for all GrandTies products against manufacturing defects in material and construction and to perform as advertised when properly used and maintained in the care instructions.
• Please note the Warranty is non-transferable and it does not cover any defects due to normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse or abuse, alteration to the product, accidents, lost/theft, negligence, or any damage resulting from use other than the intended purpose of the item.
• To claim your warranty, simply send us a message via our contact form on the Contact Us webpage with the subject titled “Warranty” and a valid proof of purchase along with any images of your concern - we will be pleased to assist you in 48hrs.
• For limited-time or discontinued products, we will issue store credits into your GrandTies Account for you to use in your next purchases. These credits will have no expiry date.
