1. Please always check product care label before washing, it can be found sewn at the covers.
2. The zip covers can be removed for your convenience and either hand-washed or machine-washed at low temperature using non-toxic laundry detergent. Fillings should NOT be washed.
3. Machine wash separately in cold water only. Delicate cycle. Use only non-chlorine bleach if needed. Tumble dry low.
4. We recommend using a laundry net and make sure the zip covers are zipped closed to prevent shape loss.
5. After washing, remember to dry the bed covers completely, preferably in a flat condition.
We accept returns for damaged products within 60 days of purchase. Upon receipt, please inspect the items and notify us of any damages and we will arrange for a replacement.
